Gustave Lorentz, Gewürztraminer Réserve, White 2019, 750ml

An excellent example of the aromatic variety Gewurztraminer from one of the most historic wineries in Alsace.
The grapes come from vineyards around Bergheim, the village where the Gustave Lorentz winery is located.
Explosive aroma on the nose, with aromas of ripe peach, melon and lychee, Turkish delight, rose petals and ginger.
On the palate it is very elegant with a fatty texture, medium to full body, moderate intensity and with a suspicion of sweetness, which makes it an ideal "companion" for spicy dishes or strong cheeses such as Münster, Epoisse and Brie de Meaux.
Enjoy it until 2023 without fear, at a temperature of around 9 degrees Celsius in a glass of white wine.
It is great for fish in spicy sauces (ginger sauce, etc.), smoked salmon, dishes with sweet and sour sauce - more ethnic cuisine (Thai, Indian and Chinese), as well as strong cheeses.
