Paranga Flowers from the Xinomavro (80%) and Merlot (20%) varieties, matured for 8 months in tank and then for 1 month in the bottle.
Bright salmon color, light, with a delicate aromatic character.
On the nose, the lively aromas of white-fleshed peach mingle with delicate notes of white flowers, while in the mouth the cool acidity balances with subtle sweetness, giving the wine a rich body and a lingering aromatic mildly sweet aftertaste.
Delightful as an aperitif, Kyr-Yiannis' Paraga rosé is a wine that pairs perfectly with light red fruit or salmon salads, spicy Asian or Mexican dishes and fruit-based desserts.
