Terroir: Altitude of 350 meters, argillo-calcareous soil, royat pruning, low yield, vineyards 6-10 years of age.
Oenology: After careful selection, grapes are sun dried for 4-6 days. The must is vinified at temperatures of 14-18,5ο C, with selected yeast strains, revealing the unique aromas of the variety. When the sugar and alcohol reach the desired level, alcoholic fermentation is interrupted by lowering the temperature. The wine matures “sur lies” in French oak barrels for a period of 5 months.
Personality: Bright straw-yellowish colour, intense aromas with exciting notes of yellow fruits, jasmine and honey, sweet and fruity taste with a plethoric aftertaste.
