Bairaktaris, Monolithos, White 2019, 750ml

This attractive Greek blend comes to us from mountainous Corinth, from 30-year-old vineyards located at an altitude of 850-950m.
To maintain the freshness of the aromas and to make them as good as possible in the wine, the grapes are cooled and then a short pre-fermentative extraction is performed.
The alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 14-16 degrees and at the end of the fermentation battonage takes place. The resulting wine has a soft white-gold color with aromas of tropical fruits such as banana, pineapple and mango.
In the mouth, the aromatic continuity is achieved with the volume and acidity being perfectly balanced.
Great with fish, seafood, white meats, pasta with white sauces and grilled vegetables.
