Nico Lazaridi - Cavalieri - White - 2015

Cavalieri Lazaridi refers to the title of Cavaliere that has been awarded to Nico Lazaridi’s family members, in recognition of their contribution to the Italian Republic. The combination of three famous varieties, the cosmopolitan Sauvignon Blanc with the Mediterranean Ugni Blanc and the Greek Assyrtiko, which creates an excellent white wine that highlights the local terroir. A wine with clear green-yellow color and complex aromas of exotic fruits, citrus fruits, citrus and peach with the characteristic mineral taste of Assyrtiko. It has rich and charming body, freshness accompanied with an intense but pleasant acidity. Nice, refreshing, aromatic finish. Served at 8 -12οC with seafood, fish, pasta with white sauces, lean white meats, grilled vegetables and Mediterranean cuisine dishes.
