The Wine & Sommelier Expert Course is an innovative program with structure and thematic sections based on operating standards similar with international University programs addressed to professionals who want to stand worthily worldwide.
It includes modules structured in the form of Master Classes in a wide range of topics, including: Oenology, Agronomy, Service - International Competitions, Coffee, Water etc., and study trips to various wine regions around the world.
Also the sections on international vineyard covered through work and conduct respective Master Classes by the students themselves.
Instructors of the program are some of the most prominent, for each module, internationally recognized experts, both from Greece and from abroad.
Course Duration: half a year.
It is held every two years.
Precondition of subscription to Wine & Sommelier Expert Course is to be a graduate of one of the following:
- Wine Professionals Course of Genius in Gastronomy
- 3rd level WSPC
- Department Sommelier faculty Le Monde
- Certified Sommelier by the Court of Master Sommeliers
A prerequisite for candidates students is the successful participation in the Wine Professional Course exam to obtain certification accredited FSMS Wine Expert Scheme, the international certification Staregister professionals.
