Coravin Pivot Wine Preservation System

Extend the life of your everyday wines with the Coravin® Pivot ™ wine storage system. Combine your wine with your mood, your dinner or the weather. The ingenious combination of the Pivot stopper and device keeps the remaining wine for up to 4 weeks, making your last glass taste just as good as your first.
Open the bottle of wine. Replace the cork or screw cap with a Pivot stopper (make sure the stopper and bottle neck are dry).

To pour, place the Pivot device in the stopper. Tilt the bottle so that the spout hangs over the wine glass and press and hold the button on the appliance. Release the button and put the bottle upright to stop pouring.
The Pivot ™ system replaces poured wine with 100% pure Argon gas to prevent oxygen from entering the bottle, keeping the rest of the wine perfectly preserved so that the last glass is just as delicious as the first, even weeks later.
