Kostis Dalamaras, a 6th generation oenologist and winemaker in Naoussa, offers us a red wine from the Xinomavro and Merlot varieties.

Xinomavro's master, knows the eccentricity of the variety and suggests a softer and more passable proposal with the addition of the Merlot fruit for those who do not want to dive straight into the "deep" waters of traditional and strict Naoussa.

Ayehoros, that is, the leader of the dance, leads us with steps for sure in the enjoyment of a solid and delicious wine that displays the typical aromas of Naoussa (olive, tomato) complemented by the fruity charm of Merlot (cherry). Tanio, of medium body, balanced with long aftertaste, is the perfect preface for Xinomavra Naoussa.

Try it with batzo cheese and cabbage stuffing.
