The place that Ioannis Girlemis envisioned to create a single vineyard and a modern winery was a village of Domokos, Polydendri. The Girlemis La Terre Pres Du Soleil 2022 consists of 100% Malagouzia, which remains for 4 months on the lees and is 3,975 numbered bottles, which are dedicated and signed by the mother of the Girlemis Family, Evangelia Girlemis, as a token of gratitude for support all these years. The name "La terre près du soleil" means the land near the sun, since the location where the specific vineyard from which the specific wine is produced is called Prosilia and is characterized by the highest altitude. The nose is intense, dominated by peach and apricot along with citrus and hints of flowers. Pleasant in the mouth with lively acidity and a creamy texture that enhances a long aftertaste.
