Paul Jaboulet Aîné, Evidence par Caroline, Red 2011, 750ml

An atypical and rich Cuvée, by Caroline Frey, oenologist and owner of Maison Paul Jaboulet Aîné and Château La Lagune, through which she conveys her story and passion. Indeed, it is the meeting between Bordeaux and Rhone Valley, a wine made of Cabernet Sauvignon from the vineyards of Château La Lagune and Syrah from the vineyards of the reference wine of the Jaboulet estate, the Hermitage "La Chapelle".
Evidence par Caroline is a wine with a very deep color and a dense, intricate nose.
Intense aromas of flowers and fruits, such as cherry, blueberry, raspberry, but also aromas of wood, coffee and chocolate.
On the palate has a rich sensation, however it is easy to drink, with velvety and well-structured tannins and a very nice freshness.
Flavors of red fruits, spices, licorice and intense and persistent aftertaste.
An excellent blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (60%) and Syrah (40%) that will impress even the most demanding.
