Oinogenesis, Mataroa Semillon, white 2020 - The vines used for this bottling were planted in 2008 at an altitude of 210 meters. The juice remained in contact with the skins for 56 hours in stainless steel tanks, fermentation was done with native yeasts at room temperature, and then the wine remained on its lees for another 6 months. On the nose, the wine has moderate intensity, with prominent aromas of ripe citrus fruit and pear, jasmine and honey. Very balanced and smooth in the mouth, medium volume, with subtle acidity and very beautiful concentration of fruit. Serve it in a glass of white wine at a temperature of around 10 degrees Celsius.
