On the nose it is very complex and elegant, with aromas of ripe pineapple, lemon and peach, sweet quince, honey, acacia, fresh ginger and mineral, to make their presence felt from the very first moment.
Rich with juicy texture in the mouth, with high acidity and impressively long aftertaste.
Enjoy it now or "forget it" to your conservator for a few years up to two decades.
Serve it in a glass of white wine at a temperature of around 9 degrees Celsius.
